Delhi Capitals WPL 2027 Fixtures Out as Title Wait Continues
Jemimah Rodrigues' side will chase a first title in the fifth edition after falling short in four successive finals.

The BCCI has unveiled the complete fixture list for the fifth Women's Premier League season, which is scheduled to be played from January 14 to February 7. The tournament opens in Vadodara, where defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru take on Mumbai Indians in the first match.
Delhi Capitals, captained by Jemimah Rodrigues, head into the competition still searching for a maiden crown. They have been the most relentless side in the league's short history, finishing as runners-up in every season since the inaugural 2023 campaign. In that first edition they topped the group with six wins from eight games and went straight into the final, only to be beaten by Mumbai Indians by seven wickets.
More heartbreak followed in 2024 and 2025, when DC-W again led the standings and remained firm favourites going into the knockouts. Last season brought a different route: after losing three of their opening four matches, Rodrigues' team regrouped, knocked out Gujarat Giants in the eliminator and reached a fourth straight final, where Royal Challengers Bangalore ended their run.
The full Delhi Capitals schedule for 2027, along with match numbers, dates, start times and venues, has been released by the board as part of the overall league fixtures.
