India's bowling effort in the third ODI against West Indies at Mullanpur was disrupted when paceman Gurnoor Brar departed with an injury concern during the visitors' run chase.

Brar, featuring in his third successive game of the series, had sent down 5.1 overs for 38 runs without a wicket. He left at the beginning of his sixth over, which was also the 25th of the West Indies innings. After just one ball, he stopped and was surrounded by teammates as the Indian medical staff hurried onto the ground, with the bowler appearing to signal pain around his ankle.

Nitish Kumar Reddy stepped in to bowl the rest of the over. West Indies were 173 for 2 at that stage, with captain Shai Hope and Sherfane Rutherford together at the crease.
