Sikandar Raza Named Rashid Khan's Stand-In at MI London
Zimbabwe's Pakistan-born all-rounder will cover for the Afghanistan spinner while he plays an ODI series in Ireland.

MI London have signed Sikandar Raza as a temporary overseas replacement for Rashid Khan during The Hundred 2026. The Pakistan-born Zimbabwe all-rounder will step into the squad for the upcoming fixtures as Rashid has joined Afghanistan for a five-match ODI series in Ireland.
Raza, who was born in Sialkot before moving to Zimbabwe at 16, brings a wealth of experience to the side. He joins at a pivotal moment, with MI London currently third in the standings after winning three of their five matches so far.
Rashid has been a key figure for MI London since joining last season, taking 19 wickets in 11 matches. He is set to rejoin the franchise for the knockout stages if they qualify, with the final scheduled for August 16.
