Babar Azam was left fuming as a terrible misjudgement with Abdullah Shafique cut short his innings at the Queen's Park Oval on day three. Resuming on 86, the Pakistan captain added just two runs before being run out for 88 in the 75th over.
Looking for a quick single off Jomel Warrican, Babar was sent back by Shafique, but a direct hit from Brandon King sealed his fate. The frustration was clear as he walked off, having faced 147 balls with ten boundaries and a six.
This was a golden chance for Babar to break his Test century drought, but the mix-up left him 12 runs short, much to the disappointment of his fans.
