Scotland Name Final ODI Squad for League 2 Campaign
Richie Berrington leads a 15-man squad including debutant Lyle Robertson and returning Michael Jones for the four-match series in Dundee.

Scotland have unveiled their squad for the concluding four ODIs of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2, set to be played at Forthill in Dundee in August. The team currently sits second in the standings and needs positive results to secure a spot in the final qualifiers for the 2027 ODI World Cup.
Captain Richie Berrington retains the core group, with young batter Lyle Robertson earning his first call-up at age 23. Pacer Zainullah Hasan is poised for a potential debut after impressing in domestic cricket. Michael Jones returns to the ODI setup for the first time since November 2024, having missed previous tours due to Lancashire commitments. Head coach Owen Dawkins praised Zainullah's progress and welcomed Jones back, noting his quality adds depth to the squad.
Scotland last played ODIs in May, losing to league leaders USA. They now have a chance to build on a strong home record at Forthill, where they have won five of eight matches. The series will mark their return to international action after a two-month break.
