Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's meteoric rise hit a speed bump during India's tour of Ireland and England, where he managed only 42 runs in three T20I innings. The 15-year-old, who became India's youngest international debutant after a record-breaking IPL 2026, now has a chance to bounce back in Zimbabwe.
Sooryavanshi has fond memories of the African nation, having scored 439 runs in seven Under-19 World Cup matches there at an average of 62.71. However, he will face a stern test from Zimbabwe's bowling attack, particularly the towering Blessing Muzarabani.
