Shubman Gill Criticizes Bowlers After India's Series Loss to England

Captain Shubman Gill pointed fingers at his bowlers, particularly the pace attack, for their inability to make early breakthroughs. England posted a massive 387/3, with India's fast bowlers managing only three wickets in their combined 40 overs.
"We didn't bowl well in the powerplay, bowling too many off deliveries. The England openers capitalized and never let us back into the game," Gill said after the match. He also criticized the death bowling, which conceded 82 runs in the final five overs.
Despite the loss, Gill praised seniors Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli for their batting display. Rohit smashed 138 off 110 balls, while Kohli added 74, but the chase fell short. The series defeat marks India's third loss in four ODI series under Gill's captaincy.
