Ishan Kishan may have had a quiet outing with the bat in the fourth T20I against England, but he still managed to reach a personal landmark. The left-hander completed 7,000 runs in T20 cricket, becoming the third-fastest Indian to do so. He joins Virat Kohli and KL Rahul on the list, achieving the feat in 240 innings.

Kishan's stay at the crease was brief. He scored four runs off six balls before being dismissed by Josh Tongue, who generated extra bounce from the Bristol pitch. Kishan attempted a pull shot but was caught by Sam Curran at short third man.

This tour has been challenging for Kishan. In the preceding T20I series against Ireland, he managed only 13 runs in two innings at a low strike rate. India also lost that series to Ireland for the first time, adding to the pressure on the squad as they face England.
