Abhishek Sharma Crowned New 'Boss Baby' by Ajay Jadeja
The veteran feels Abhishek's fearless batting style makes him the rightful heir to the nickname, surpassing Vaibhav Sooryavanshi.

While fans await Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's India debut, his popular moniker 'Boss Baby' appears to have been reassigned. Former India cricketer Ajay Jadeja has argued that the title truly belongs to Abhishek Sharma, praising the opener's unflinching approach since his international arrival.
Abhishek reinforced his claim with a blistering 59 off 24 balls in the first T20I against England in Durham. His knock helped India post 189 for 7, but the match was washed out before England could bat. During his innings, he also became the fastest from a Full Member nation to hit 100 sixes in T20Is.
Analyzing Abhishek's innings, Jadeja noted that the left-hander has never altered his natural style. "We were talking about the Boss Baby... He is our old Boss Baby," Jadeja said. He stressed that Abhishek has maintained the same fearless approach since his debut, unlike the recent hype around Vaibhav's nickname.
