BCCI Warning Calms India A, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi Behaving Well
After a fiery exchange with Sri Lanka A players, the Indian team played a controversy-free final, seemingly mindful of the BCCI's warning.

The fear of the BCCI seems to have worked on the India A players. Following a heated altercation with Sri Lanka A players and umpires last week, the Indian team displayed remarkable restraint in the tri-series final on Sunday. Opener Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, who was at the center of the earlier controversy, along with captain Tilak Varma, behaved professionally throughout the match.
The final at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium was a one-sided affair in favor of the visitors, but more notably, it was completely devoid of any tension. Players from both sides respected each other and shook hands after the game, a stark contrast to the previous league fixture. This calm atmosphere came after BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia indirectly warned the team to focus on their game rather than getting distracted by collateral issues.
